Reservation Rules & Venue Policies
By submitting a reservation request, the renter acknowledges and agrees to the following venue policies:
§01 Food & Beverage
  • Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome.
  • Guests may use the prep area/kitchenette, which includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and sink.
  • Alcohol is permitted, but the renter is solely responsible for obtaining a valid Washington State Banquet Permit and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Banquet permits may be purchased through the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board for $25: Washington State Banquet Permit
  • Proof of a valid banquet permit must be provided prior to the event by emailing studio410lcv@gmail.com.
  • Reservations involving alcohol will not be approved without a valid permit.
  • The banquet permit must be displayed and available on-site throughout the event.
§02 Furniture & Included Amenities
Your reservation includes access to Studio 410’s available tables, chairs, and furnishings currently in inventory, including:
  • Standard chairs
  • Bar stools
  • Dining tables
  • Pub tables
  • Island seating
  • Lounge seating, including couch and accent chairs
Please note:
  • Venue furniture and seating arrangements vary depending on your event setup.
  • Not all tables and seating can fit inside the venue at once; larger events may require use of the outdoor area.
  • Additional folding chairs may be available depending on inventory.
§03 Capacity
  • Up to 50 guests indoors
  • Up to 60 guests with indoor/outdoor flow, depending on event setup.
  • Guest counts above these limits must be approved in writing by Studio 410 in advance.
§04 Venue Amenities
Studio 410 includes:
  • Wi-Fi
  • Portable Bluetooth speaker
  • 1 restroom
  • Street-level / wheelchair-accessible entry
  • Prep area / storage room
  • Private back room available upon request for use as a nursing room, parent room, dressing room, or event prep space
§05 Music & Entertainment
  • Live music and DJs are permitted.
  • A portable Bluetooth speaker is available for guest use.
§06 Parking
  • Free on-site parking is available for up to 14 vehicles.
  • Additional free off-street parking is available along the block and in the gravel lot across the street at the corner of 13th St & Bridge St.
  • No parking is permitted on the Clarkston Auto Sales lot during business hours (8:00 AM–6:00 PM).
§07 General Rules
  • No smoking, vaping, incense, illegal substances, or drug use is permitted anywhere inside the venue.
  • Glitter, confetti, confetti-filled balloons, rice, birdseed, and similar materials are not permitted.
  • Open flames are not permitted.
  • All ages are welcome.
  • Please be respectful of neighboring properties and keep noise at a reasonable level, especially during evening hours.
  • If garage doors are open during your event, heating and/or air conditioning must be turned off.
Before departure, please reset the thermostat as follows:
  • Fall/Winter: set heat to 67°F
  • Spring/Summer: set air conditioning to 70°F
§08 Security
For the safety of guests and the property, Studio 410 uses exterior security cameras facing the entrance and street-facing areas only. No cameras or recording devices are located inside restrooms or private spaces.
§09 Outdoor Patio Area
If furniture outdoors is included with your reservation, all furniture must be returned inside the garage doors at the conclusion of your event. Failure to do so will result in a $250 fee.
§10 Reservation Times
  • Please reserve the venue for the full amount of time you plan to occupy the space, including setup and cleanup.
  • Studio 410 may host multiple events in a single day, and cleaning services may be scheduled around reservation times.
  • Early arrivals and late departures must be approved in advance.
  • Additional charges may apply for unauthorized early access or extended use of the venue.
§11 Operating Hours
  • Standard venue hours are 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Extended hours may be approved in advance depending on the event.
§12 Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event start time will receive a full refund, including fees.
  • Cancellations made 7–30 days before the event start time will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount (excluding fees).
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event start time are non-refundable.
§13 Liability & Damages
  • The renter is responsible for the conduct of all guests, vendors, and attendees during the event.
  • The venue must be left in substantially the same condition in which it was received.
  • Any damage to the property, furnishings, fixtures, or equipment caused by the renter or their guests may result in additional charges for repair or replacement.
  • Studio 410 and its owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, lost items, or damage to personal property brought onto the premises.
